Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays
- Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
- Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
- Check Out is by 10:00 am
- Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Property Access
- Deeded beach access across the street from the community entrance.
- Free parking passes for the beach access parking lot if you want to drive over.
- Every guest is allowed to use the neighborhood marina, subject to posted rules. The individual boat slips are privately owned and not for guest use, but the marina as a whole is a neighborhood common area guests are welcome to enjoy.
- Elevator or stairs are available. (Note: Elevator access is available except to Level 4/Teenager Lounge.)
Parking Information
- Parking for a maximum of 8 vehicles, please adhere to posted parking rules.
- No RVs or Campers Allowed, per HOA rules.

- A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
- A signed rental agreement is required; accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Pet Policy
- Dogs only allowed. Your first pet is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.
Fees and Payments
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Community pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
- Linens: Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be placed on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
- Two outdoor private hot and cold showers. Shaded patio with picnic table, grill, hammock.
- Amenities include: climate control, cooking basics, dishwasher, toaster, high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, basic dishes & silverware, ironing board & iron, hair dryer, smoke alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, TV, and BBQ grill.
